Day 8

A Picture Of…

My wonderful boyfriend. “Why that’s Calvin Harris Surely?”- yes indeed. You see, he would be absolutely mortified if I dared to post a picture of him in public but he does bear a rather striking resemblance to young Calvin here so it shall suffice.

This is to say a very large, embarrassingly public but nonetheless heartfelt thank you to himself. Thank you for thinking I’m not a complete nerd when most other people do. Thank you for reminding me why working too hard is usually worth it in the end. Thank you for listening to me whine and moan far too often than is acceptable for a reasonable, rationale grown up. Thank you for knocking some sense in to me when I need it most. Thank you for always supporting me no matter what harebrained idea I decide to pursue. Mostly, thank you for liking me and all the silly things I do.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

Day 7

A Picture of Someone You Love

This is Sorcha. She’s one of my little sisters (there’s 5 of us in total). I love her lots and lots. Despite being 6 years older than her, she doesn’t make me feel like an old sad case. We’re not just sisters you see, she’s also one of my very very bestest best friends in the whole world. With my being in London, I obviously miss her (as well as all of my other beautiful family members) too much. She shares my irrational love of Harry Potter, enjoys a good plate of cheese, has a bow collection to rival even my own and also embraces being a big ginge. We often swap clothes despite her being far more blessed in the chest-al region than I am- (see, it’s still sort of fashion related!)

Sorcha will turn 18 in April, I can’t wait until I can go out on the razz with her without feeling like an awfully bad influence. I’m secretly hoping she’ll move to London so we can tell secrets in French and gossip about boys.

Just so peeps don’t feel left out, I also include a picture of me with all of my sisters (sorry bro!)

Day 6

This is me and Anne at the UCD ball this year, one of the only fun times we had last year. This is me showing off my siganture dance move of last year, proving once and for all that a lack of social contact does in fact turn you into a freak.

I have a macbook on the way to me, fret not. I’ll be back with a vengence.

Day 5

I’m getting a little tired of trying to find semi decent pictures of myself. My camera is out of action and I broke my laptop once again. Technology seems to have some sort of grudge against me. This is quite a nice picture- courtesy of my darling friend Cal and her fancy camera. I look like I’m up to mischief.
